I had an enjoyable stay at Hotel Boutique Casa De La Palma, with its beautiful and historic charm. The location is perfect for exploring Puebla, as everything is within walking distance. While my room was spacious with high ceilings, I did notice some creaking floors and the need for minor maintenance. Overall, it’s a good boutique hotel experience.

My room was immense and elegantly decorated, with a king-size bed and a lovely balcony overlooking the street. However, the windows were a bit too open to the courtyard, making it less ideal for privacy.

I had a unique stay at Hotel Boutique Casa De La Palma, thanks to its fascinating historic vibe and prime location just a block from the Zocalo. The charming atmosphere and the warmth of the staff truly made my experience special. However, I encountered a few issues like moderate noise from the street and a lack of accessible power outlets near the bed, which slightly impacted my comfort during my stay.

Rooms

My room was spacious and beautifully decorated, featuring colonial-style tile and wood furnishings. Although the bed was firm, I found it comfortable, and I loved the large bathroom with excellent water pressure. Some furniture pieces were a bit worn out, and the lighting could have been better.

The room was spacious with beautiful antique furnishings and a cozy balcony. While the breakfast provided was nice, I found the water pressure in the shower a bit lacking at times.
